The hotel has a great location, right outside of the Charles bridge. This makes it very convenient for exploring all the tourist attractions in the area. It is also in Lesser Town, which is close to the Castle. The rooms are comfortable and cosy, with nice views towards the Charles bridge. The bathroom is modern and clean. The reception staff is helpful and accommodating. The breakfast buffet is excellent, with a good variety of choices.

Some guests have reported issues with the Wi-Fi in certain rooms, with frequent interruptions.

We absolutely loved this hotel! The location was incredible, right outside the famous bridge. We could see the bridge from our room, which was such a treat. Despite being located right downtown, it was surprisingly quiet at night. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The decor is quite dated and could use some updating. The breakfast room is small and the buffet selection is limited.

During our romantic escape, there were a couple of things we really liked about our hotel. the room was amazing. It was clean, sunny, and had beautiful windows that offered a fantastic view. We were also pleased with the location. It was very convenient and allowed us to easily explore the city by foot. the breakfast provided a good variety of food options, including a hot meal.

Despite being located right downtown and near souvenir shops, this place was quiet at night which gave me a good night's sleep. Secondly, the service provided was top-notch! From the car hire to room service, everything was well taken care of. Lastly, the room was equipped with various facilities such as an in-room safe, mini-bar, and free wi-fi.
